Thunder and lightning

The last night in Rome, the "gods" put on a show. Thunder and lightning. As if to bid me farewell with the heavenly fireworks! I put up my camera, and snapped a few hundred photos. And when checking the photos afterwards, I managed to capture a few lightnings. Here are some of my best (click on the images to see them at max size):
